Head Of Operations

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee daily operations, logistics, and project execution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Oversee logistics, transportation, and supply chain management for soil treatment projects.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational costs.

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including field and logistics staff.

• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, government agencies, and suppliers.

• Prepare operational reports and present updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or project management.

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices (preferred).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.
