motivated and results-driven Head of Marketing & Sales to lead our marketing and sales efforts
and drive our continued growth.
Job Summary:
The Head of Marketing & Sales will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving revenue growth and
enhancing brand visibility through strategic and tactical marketing and sales initiatives. This role
requires a blend of creative marketing expertise, strong sales and Customer Service acumen, a great
grasp of Financials, and exceptional leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing
teams, analyzing market trends, and executing campaigns that achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities:
1) Campaign Management & Execution:
• Lead the marketing team in developing and executing comprehensive social media campaigns
to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Oversee the creation of compelling social media assets and content that aligns with brand
messaging and campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
2) Financial Target Achievement:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly financial targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to evaluate the feasibility of promotional offers and
discounts.
3) Customer Service & Complaint Management:
• Lead and manage all customer service operations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement protocols for handling customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and
effectively.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the customer experience.
4) Growth Planning & Seasonal Campaigns:
• Develop and recommend growth plans to expand the company’s market reach and customer base.
• Identify and capitalize on seasonal trends to create and execute targeted campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
5) Competitive Analysis & Trend Monitoring:
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
• Stay abreast of local and global trends in the healthy food and e-commerce industries.
• Use the gathered data to adjust the company strategies.
6) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Finance, Nutrition) to ensure seamless execution
of company initiatives.
• Provide strategic input and support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure all departments are aligned with the overall company goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within marketing and sales, preferably in the food or e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, digital advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable
insights.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Experience with financial analysis and budget management.
