We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand, creative, communications, and social media efforts. This senior leadership role will shape our marketing strategy to enhance brand presence, engage our audience, and support growth in the fintech sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Management:
- Develop and implement branding initiatives reflecting HALA's values and market position.
- Enhance brand recognition through targeted campaigns and storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Creative Direction:
- Lead the creative team in producing impactful marketing materials.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to craft compelling narratives around our solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity within the team.
- Communications Strategy:
- Design strategies to enhance reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage media relations and industry partnerships.
- Oversee press releases, white papers, and thought leadership content.
- Social Media Content:
- Develop social media strategies to boost engagement and community.
- Create content tailored for platforms to maximize reach.
- Analyze metrics to refine strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and develop the marketing team, setting clear goals.
- Promote ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Align efforts with company objectives and foster collaboration.
- Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of marketing experience, especially in brand strategy, creative, and digital marketing in fintech or tech sectors.
- Proven success in developing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Strong leadership skills with successful team management experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
