Job Objective
Enhance cooperation and build partnerships with investors by providing the organization’s specialized services, following up on payment collections in accordance with signed contracts, preparing financial revenue schedules, and monitoring cash flows with the aim of achieving the highest possible returns from the organization’s investments.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Strengthen relationships and achieve maximum returns from investments through collaboration and partnerships with investors.
- Supervise the preparation of an investor database, collect related data, and classify them according to the approved activity categories.
- Play a key role in bridging perspectives with investors to meet all needs and provide introductory services about the General Irrigation Corporation.
- Ensure the preparation of reports related to investor activities, investment projects, and business rates and statistics on a regular basis to facilitate decision-making.
- Select partnerships that help achieve the organization’s goals based on the assessment of current and future risks associated with each partnership.
- Obtain the necessary internal legal and regulatory approvals to carry out leasing operations for sites and properties owned by the General Irrigation Corporation.
- Follow up on payment collections in accordance with signed contracts and supervise sales and auction operations, including agricultural products, in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Organize the preparation of financial revenue schedules and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flows for investment projects, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Identify and manage risks related to the Investor Relations Unit in accordance with the methodology and standards set by the Risk Management and Compliance Department.
- Determine workforce needs in the Investor Relations Unit to achieve its objectives.
- Evaluate the performance of employees in the Investor Relations Unit, monitor the achievement of their individual goals, and participate in identifying training and development needs to increase productivity and enhance performance.
- Promote a collaborative and positive work environment among employees in the Investor Relations Unit
Education & Professional Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
- Professional qualification in finance from a globally recognized association is preferred, such as (but not limited to) FSIR, CIRO.
Years of Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in similar fields within local, regional, or international organizations.
- Experience in the public sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.
