Description * Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals. * Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent. * Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity. * Ensure compliance with local labour laws and employment regulations in Riyadh. * Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive. * Lead initiatives for employee engagement and organisational culture improvement. * Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues. * Monitor and adapt HR policies to align with industry trends in the technology and telecoms sector.
