  • Design and manage compensation and benefits structures to remain competitive.
  • Lead initiatives for employee engagement and organisational culture improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.
  • Monitor and adapt HR policies to align with industry trends in the technology and telecoms sector.

Profile

A successful Head of HR should possess the following:

  • Proven expertise in HR management within the Tech services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
