The Head of Hajj & Umrah Business role is crucial in driving the growth and strategic direction of our Hajj and Umrah services. This role involves leading commercial activities, forming key partnerships, managing revenue targets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations, aligning with flyadeal's mission to offer accessible and efficient religious travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies for Hajj and Umrah services.
2. Oversee the design and launch of competitive Hajj and Umrah packages.
3. Manage the end-to-end Hajj and Umrah business program at flyadeal.
4. Monitor and optimize performance metrics to achieve revenue goals.
5. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams of flyadeal and sister companies to expand market reach.
6. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with government entities and travel agencies.
7. Conduct market research to identify new Hajj and Umrah service opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.
9. Report regularly to senior leadership on business performance.
10. Represent flyadeal in negotiations to secure annual seat quotas for Hajj.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of commercial experience in the airline industry, including 5 years in a leadership role focused on Hajj and Umrah services.
• Proven experience in managing partnerships and driving growth in the travel sector.
• Professional proficiency in English and fluency in Arabic (spoken and written).
