Join our Electrification and Automation division as the Head of Financial and Factory Controlling.

Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented:

We are seeking a Financial & Plant Controller with strong accounting and tax knowledge, self-organization skills, attention to detail, ability to work with various partners (local and foreign), manage time pressure, and multi-tasking abilities.

  • You will provide information and expert analysis required by the management team.
  • You will collaborate directly with the management team to efficiently run the plant.
  • You will advise the manufacturing, logistics, and operations teams on financial reporting, accounting, cost, and trend analysis to improve business results.
  • You will drive productivity by improving efficiencies and reducing costs, including reporting responsibilities.
  • You will seek opportunities to implement digital reporting and analysis solutions in finance.
  • You will manage the consolidation of budget and forecasting cycles for local manufacturing operations.
  • You will ensure accurate product cost calculations and monitoring of variances.
  • You will execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial activities with P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow responsibility.
  • You will liaise with the Risk and Internal Control corporate department to review and improve the internal control system.
  • You will prepare and present business cases and capital budgeting calculations.
  • You will ensure transparent intercompany business by reviewing and preparing appropriate contractual agreements.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • Professional accreditation as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), CA, or CMAor equivalent Finance/ Accounting qualification.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Business Administration or Financial Controlling/Accounting.
  • Experience in manufacturing controlling, including Cost Accounting, Bill of Material setup, and inventory controls.
  • Capability to improve monthly reporting processes based on Siemens standards and drive digitalization of current processes.
  • Experience in developing accurate product costing, yearly transfer prices, hourly rates, and variance reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong accounting skills in IFRS and Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines.
  • SAP knowledge or similar ERP system preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of product costing.
  • Autonomous, self-driven individual.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in digital applications and data analytics (i.e., SAC, Qlik Sense, Tableau, HANA).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English for global communication.
