JASARA PMC is in search of a proactive and seasoned Head of Accommodation and Facilities. This individual will spearhead the strategic vision and oversee operational aspects of accommodation and facility services for the Bigeeist and Iconic Project - NEOM. This position is vital for our dedication to providing high-quality, efficient living and working environments that align with the Vision 2030 initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, design, procurement, and implementation of shared facilities and amenities to accommodate the project teams constructing THE LINE.
- Providing built asset solutions that prioritize health, safety, and wellbeing alongside cost, quality, speed of deployment, and sustainability. Collaborate closely with designers, suppliers, constructors, and operators, working with the procurement team to implement solutions considering supply chain factors.
- Interfacing with multiple stakeholders engaged on THE LINE project or elsewhere within NEOM to provide coordinated solutions that do not constrain workstreams. Work closely with THE SPINE and NEOM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT programme entities.
- Building and managing project teams for schemes ranging from single-building facilities to modular HQ offices or Emergency Services Hubs, managing diverse professional consultants.
- Preparing project plans detailing time, cost, and resources, considering risks and opportunities, and reporting through the project governance structure.
- Communicating effectively, both written and orally, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adopting a collaborative working style and consulting approach.
- Operating autonomously, developing relationships, and demonstrating leadership.
- Maintaining strict discipline in data management and setting an example for others.
- Quickly learning and understanding complex organizational structures and workflows.
- Being highly computer literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new programs.
- Exhibiting strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams on 'Built Asset' projects.
- Extensive knowledge of facilities management principles, construction regulations, and health and safety standards in Saudi Arabia.
