Head of Data Center and Cloud Solutions section

(Head of Data Center and Cloud Solutions section) to work for RQEEM Company, a subsidiary of JABEEN Company.

This role involves managing telecom and IT infrastructure projects and overseeing the product lifecycle of related services. The position requires managing product development, strategy, and continuous improvement to meet business and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities.
2. Lead the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including research, development, and launch.
3. Own product roadmaps and backlogs for assigned products.
4. Manage product development resulting from digital maturity assessments for smart factories.
5. Translate product strategies into detailed requirements for prototype and final development.
6. Lead the product management team in developing organizational products/services.
7. Support the BU head during product launches.
8. Collaborate with sales to incorporate market requirements into product design.
9. Work with Business Operations to address customer feedback and ensure timely delivery.
10. Coordinate with Strategy to align product management with organizational goals.
11. Outline budgets, track costs, and ensure projects stay within financial plans.
12. Manage ICT projects and oversee the design, testing, and deployment of solutions for telecom, digital platforms, Industry 4.0, smart city, and cloud products.
13. Lead technical delivery and service provisioning to meet client expectations.
14. Monitor progress and manage resources for infrastructure and service delivery.
15. Maintain infrastructure health and resource availability for telecom and cloud solutions.
16. Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
17. Track project progress, resolve issues, minimize risks, and report to senior management.
18. Handle business planning and budgeting for projects and product lines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecom Engineering, IT, or related field; an advanced management degree is a plus.
• At least 6 years of project or product management experience in ICT or B2B technology sectors.
• Certifications such as PMP, BICSI, or network certifications are advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and ability to lead technical projects.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale facilities like industrial plants, telecom networks, city infrastructure, hospitals, airports, or housing complexes.
