Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh seeks a strategic Corporate Communications leader to guide internal and external communications, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with group standards. You will develop strategy and operational plans, manage budgets, oversee internal messaging, and lead policy development and stakeholder relations, driving a cohesive organizational culture.

This role requires fluency in Arabic and English and experience in corporate communications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate communications or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English preferred; strong knowledge of corporate communications.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Marketing & Corporate Communications business plan ensuring alignment with Company strategy.
  • Develop the operational plan for Corporate Communication in line with Marketing & Corporate Communications business plan and Strategy & Business Development strategic plan.
  • Implement plans and provide input to enable achievement of Corporate Communication goals that support Company's overall strategic plans.
  • Discuss Corporate Communication budgeting requirements with top management and provide input to the budgeting process.
  • Ensure effective utilization of Corporate Communication budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
  • Oversee the development of Company's internal communications strategy and annual plan to ensure consistent and structured messaging across all employee-facing communication channels.
  • Initiate communication campaigns and engagement initiatives aligned with cluster priorities to foster a cohesive organizational culture and ensure consistent employee awareness.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of internal communications, including newsletters and engagement initiatives, in line with Group guidelines and cluster-specific communication priorities.
  • Monitor employee reach and engagement levels across internal communication channels to validate that messaging is effectively received and understood across Company.
  • Review internal communication materials before release to ensure alignment with Group brand guidelines, messaging accuracy, and relevance to employee audiences across Company.
  • Recommend improvements to internal communication approaches based on employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously strengthen the reach and impact of messaging.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Corporate Communication policies and procedures covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high impact and achieving results effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay abreast of best practices to enable continuous improvement of systems, processes, and policies related to Corporate Communication.
  • Remain abreast of Marketing & Corporate Communications leading practice and new trends, and identify recommendations for corrective measures, updates and improvements where required.
  • Establish working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements in order to identify barriers and develop action plans.
  • Actively gain exposure and insights to local market development, business opportunities and the existing regulatory landscape.
  • Attend related forums, seminars, etc. to enrich network and learn about the latest developments and opportunities.
  • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent.
  • Guide, mentor and support direct reports in order to execute duties according to set policies and processes.
  • Develop individual performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise team and provide regular feedback on performance.

The job holder is responsible for leading local internal communications, public relations, and reputation management activities to enhance stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with Group communication standards.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
