Job summary

Hill International seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects in the region. You will oversee planning, design and execution, manage contracts, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive international construction experience, leadership skills, and a proven track record in safety, cost control, and team development. Strong client focus and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 20 years’ experience in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects.
  • Experience with major government or semi-government international construction sites.
  • Experience in water and wastewater works and a zero-accident philosophy.
  • Experience working internationally, with preference for KSA.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure projects are managed safely, effectively, efficiently and on time within budget.
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors and ensure adherence to contracts.
  • Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals and drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement safety, quality, environmental, and occupational health standards across projects.
  • Prepare project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation; report to senior management.
