Head Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Relocate to Saudi Arabia

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Master's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field and position.
• Dataflow clearance is mandatory.
• Saudi license holder is a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Job description:

• Ensure nursing care complies with regulatory standards.
• Review and update nursing policies and procedures.
• Evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and management to coordinate patient care.
• Train nursing staff and organize educational programs for patients and families.
• Implement quality assurance systems.
• Assign and schedule activities for nursing staff.
• Supervise procurement of medical supplies and equipment for patient care.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Perform administrative and managerial duties.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans and protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in developing and implementing new nursing care models and technologies.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a competent and motivated nursing staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Create a positive, supportive work environment fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Manage staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate patient care coverage.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and implement quality initiatives.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor quality outcomes and identify trends.

• Manage daily operations of the NICU, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
