Job description

  • 7 years of experience in the same field and 3 years of experience in the same position as Head Nurse CCU.
  • Master's degree in Nursing holder.
  • Dataflow certification is a must.
  • Saudi license holder is a plus.

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Oversee nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care for critical cardiac conditions.
  • Manage a team of nurses and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide specialized care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff with skills in cardiac critical care.
  • Assign duties based on staff qualifications and experience.
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and coaching.
  • Address staffing shortages and ensure adequate shift coverage.
  • Ensure patients receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care.
  • Supervise complex interventions such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration.
  • Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with specialists.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the CCU.
  • Manage the CCU budget and optimize resource use.
  • Oversee maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with other hospital departments for smooth operations.
  • Identify opportunities for improving patient care and implement quality initiatives.
  • Analyze patient satisfaction data and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Represent the CCU in meetings and committees.
