- 7 years of experience in the same field and 3 years of experience in the same position as Head Nurse CCU.
- Master's degree in Nursing holder.
- Dataflow certification is a must.
- Saudi license holder is a plus.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care for critical cardiac conditions.
- Manage a team of nurses and collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide specialized care in a fast-paced environment.
- Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff with skills in cardiac critical care.
- Assign duties based on staff qualifications and experience.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and coaching.
- Address staffing shortages and ensure adequate shift coverage.
- Ensure patients receive timely, appropriate, and compassionate care.
- Supervise complex interventions such as mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and medication administration.
- Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with specialists.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the CCU.
- Manage the CCU budget and optimize resource use.
- Oversee maintenance of medical equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with other hospital departments for smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for improving patient care and implement quality initiatives.
- Analyze patient satisfaction data and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Represent the CCU in meetings and committees.
