Head - Department of Photo-Graphics

The Head of the Department of Photo-Graphics :

1. Directs the activities of the web / graphic designer, medical illustrator, senior graphic designer, designers, photographers and photography technicians.
2. Schedules employees' leaves. Ensures adequate coverage to meet demands on the department.
3. Evaluates employees' performance. Recommends disciplinary action, if appropriate. Recommends employees for merit increases and promotions.
4. Orients employees. Provides training or ensures that training is provided.
5. Serves as liaison with other departments and services.
6. Ensures that department has adequate materials and equipment. Recommends equipment for purchase.
7. Follows all Hospital-related policies and procedures.
8. Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
9. Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Photography or related discipline, and
2. A minimum of six (6) years of related experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity in North America, Western Europe, or Australia / New Zealand.
