Job Description

The role involves managing and growing the Cybersecurity business across all market segments in KSA:

  • Leading the Cybersecurity Department and creating opportunities for offerings related to Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Single Sign-On, Multi-factor Authentication, Micro-Segmentation, Network Access Control (NAC), Email Protection, Managed Detection and Response (MDR), End Point Security, etc.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in various territories within KSA, including Khobar, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
  • Orchestrating sales, deployment, and gross profit attainment. Collaborating with partner resources to grow revenue, secure strategic wins, and ensure successful deployment with high customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Achieving department gross profit and related targets.
  • Generating new opportunities and expanding the account base for technologies under the CWI Security division portfolio.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a sales and technical team.
  • Ensuring project delivery by liaising with delivery partners and managing project ownership.
  • Maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers inside customer accounts, managing revenue and growth objectives, and ensuring customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Understanding customer business needs and communicating them effectively to internal and delivery teams.
  • Having a passion for innovative technology sales and a willingness to learn new cybersecurity concepts and technologies.
  • Undertaking relevant sales and pre-sales certifications.
  • Adapting to multicultural environments, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and working under pressure.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 18 years of IT solution/application sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Mandatory:
  • Extensive client network in the local market, with the ability to open new customer doors and willingness to travel across the country.
  • Specialized knowledge in networking & security products and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience in team management/leadership is preferred.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree in Business is desirable.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are preferred.
