Job description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a famous Restaurant in Riyadh. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for developing new menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  1. Ensuring the profitability of the restaurant through effective budget management and cost control
  2. Achieving budget accomplishments and contributing to the restaurant's revenue growth
Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and develop new menus that showcase the authentic flavors and ingredients of Lebanese Armenian cuisine
  2. Lead and manage a team of chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  3. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and plating to ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency
  4. Develop and implement kitchen policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency, productivity, and safety
Requirements:
  1. Nationality: Lebanese
  2. Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  3. 3-4 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, preferably with experience in Lebanese Armenian cuisine
  4. Previous experience working with a reputable Lebanese franchise or brand will be preferred, such as Leila Bin Lebnon, Burj Al Hamam, Karam Beirut, Beirut Khanum, Loris, Shababïk, or Harat
  5. Locally available in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, etc.) for immediate transfer
