A fast-paced restaurant in Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking a full-time Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing kitchen operations and leading a busy team. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, a Certificate IV Kitchen Management qualification, and a passion for cooking, particularly in Australian and Indian cuisines. This role expects reliability and creativity to manage the kitchen effectively.
Required urgently full-time for a restaurant in remote
SA, about 850 kms north of Adelaide. Must be available for weekends and public holidays as we are open all year round. You will be responsible for overall management of the busy kitchen, kitchen supervision, its production and presentation of quality food. You must be reliable, passionate and creative with excellent organisational, business and people skills able to lead our kitchen team and its challenging environment.
