We are hiring Head Chef with (Western or Continental Cuisine) for Casual Dining Restaurant in Saudi Arabia.


Preferred candidate profile:

It sounds like you're looking for a Head Chef or Cook / Sous Chef with expertise in Western or Continental cuisine, specifically in the Hot and Cold Sections of a kitchen. This type of role typically involves overseeing the preparation and presentation of both hot dishes (such as grilled meats, pastas, soups) and cold dishes (like salads, appetizers, and cold cuts).

Skills Required:

  • Culinary Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Western and Continental cuisine techniques, including both hot and cold preparations.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to manage a kitchen team efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  • Creativity: A flair for creating innovative and appealing dishes that highlight the cuisine's core elements.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure kitchen environment.

Salary and Other Benefits: 5000 SAR (Food Included in Salary) + Accommodation + Transportation provided by company.


Working Hours: 12 Hrs. / 6 Days a week.


Age Limit: 30 - 40 Years.


Contract Duration: 2 years.
