A growing healthy food café concept in Jeddah seeks an experienced Head Chef to ensure top quality in a fast-paced kitchen. The role includes managing kitchen staff, executing health-focused menus, and maintaining high standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in a similar role within the Gulf and strong culinary skills. The position offers SAR 26,000 monthly, including allowances, medical, and bonuses.

Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Chef with this newly opening healthy food café concept opening in Jeddah this year - Room for growth as expansion plans are in the works!

As Head Chef you’ll be collaborating closely with management teams guaranteeing top-notch quality & standards in this fast-paced kitchen operation.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all preparation kitchen requirements are met & supervising the seamless execution of the health-focused menus, manage & develop kitchen staff members providing consistent feedback & support career growth through regular performance evaluations & goal setting.

What you’ll need
  • At least 3 years’ experience as senior chef in an international restaurant/cafe/hotel brand within the Gulf
  • Strong culinary skills, with a focus on healthy, innovative, & visually appealing Grab&Go dishes
  • Preopening experience highly beneficial
  • Excellent leadership & management abilities, with experience training & mentoring kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP, & sanitation best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and a keen interest in healthy food & lifestyle choices.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred, but not required
Salary Package
  • SAR 26000 All-inclusive of allowances + single status medical, flights & visa
