Job description

We are seeking an experienced HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems along with technical skills to support and enhance our HR applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze, design, and implement HCM solutions.
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for HCM modules.
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.) based on business needs.
  • Provide technical support HCM applications, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations within HCM.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training for end-users on HCM functionalities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations in HCM configurations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HCM Techno-Functional Consultant, with knowledge of relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM, reporting tools, and data management.
