The HCM Sr Solution Advisor Specialist brings well-developed solution and business process knowledge to customers by demonstrating a compelling vision of the future with SAP SuccessFactors/HCM partner solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors portfolio, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. The individual acts as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors, staying current on product updates, new features, and industry trends.


Account Team Engagement:


  • Engage with customers early in the sales cycle by matching customer needs and vision to SAP SuccessFactors solutions and qualifying opportunities.
  • Manage business process discovery to support solution recommendations, business capability mapping, technical discoveries, and the case for change.
  • Support new sales and adoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
  • Contribute to the development of the account strategy and overall theme.
  • Create competitive differentiation (value wedges) and execute dry runs.
  • Engage customers through impactful storytelling.
  • Provide answers to customer/internal inquiries focusing on customer success and business outcomes.
  • Use digital assets like recorded demos, presentations, microsites, and reusable content in customer engagements.

Customer Lifecycle Engagement:


  • Transition deals to onboarding teams, partners, or Field Services.
  • Drive adoption by continuing to sell the vision and impact of SAP's solutions post-selection.
  • Support successful deployments and realization of value.

Experience & Educational Requirements:


  • 10-15 years of relevant experience with large IT organizations or multinational software companies.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred, with proven application of product knowledge to customer use cases.
  • Expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time, Payroll, Talent Management).
  • Strong technical understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of Cloud, Hosted Services, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS models, and cloud-based networks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, with strong storytelling skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
