The HCM Sr Solution Advisor Specialist brings well-developed solution and business process knowledge to customers by demonstrating a compelling vision of the future with SAP SuccessFactors/HCM partner solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation skills, deep knowledge of the SuccessFactors portfolio, and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. The individual acts as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors, staying current on product updates, new features, and industry trends.
