You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations, oversee waste treatment processes, and coordinate workforce management. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in environmental operations, a relevant degree, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in waste management or environmental operations, with minimum 3 years in a supervisory or manager position.
  • Solid understanding of hazardous and chemical materials, their classification, handling, and segregation.
  • High level of accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and compliance reporting.

Overview

Manage Hazardous Waste operations by ensuring full compliance with environmental regulations, mitigating risks, and overseeing the safe segregation of chemical materials. This includes optimizing and planning waste treatment and disposal processes, adhering to occupational safety standards, and ensuring that all documentation is accurately recorded both physically and digitally in alignment with the line manager (Operations Manager). The Facility Section Head holds full responsibility for managing the company’s facility, ensuring operational excellence across all units. In addition, coordinate closely with the Human Capital Department on all workforce-related matters, including overtime scheduling, leave planning, performance management, training and development, disciplinary actions, and workforce allocation. Collaborate with the Finance Department on budgeting, cost control, petty cash handling, and expense monitoring.
