Are you ready to launch your career and make an impact in the Advisory field? KPMG's Advisory Hamaat (Graduate Development) Program provides the tools, experience, and mentorship needed to advance your career.

The Advisory Hamaat Program is a two-year initiative designed to equip university graduates with the skills and experience necessary for successful careers in Advisory. Participants engage in comprehensive learning, project involvement, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Program Duration: 2 years of growth, development, and hands-on experience.

Who we're looking for — Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected to graduate by August 2025.
Preferred Majors: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, MIS, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, HR, Project Management, or other relevant fields.
Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 4.0/5.0.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Arabic.
Additional Requirements: Intercultural awareness, successful online assessments and interviews, and passing assessment centers.
