Description

As Senior Sales Manager in our KSA Health & Benefits business, you will help grow our portfolio of local corporate clients. Your primary responsibility is to penetrate the local market and acquire new clients. You will focus on generating leads, closing deals, developing and managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting needs analysis/risk assessments, and collaborating with colleagues to present our capabilities. Additionally, you will identify cross-selling opportunities within the CRB client portfolio, working with the CRB sales team.

The reporting line will be to the H&B Country Head, with a matrix report to the H&B Regional Head of Sales. Collaboration with the CRB Country Sales Director will also be required.

Manager of People / Individual Contributor: You will be an individual contributor.

Geographic Scope of Role: Responsible for your H&B sales target within your region in Saudi Arabia, with support possibly needed for large regional schemes and potential travel outside Saudi Arabia.

Revenue Responsibilities: Achieving revenue through new business and cross-selling.

The Role
  1. Develop and manage a pipeline of existing and new prospects.
  2. Identify client needs through probing questions and understanding requirements.
  3. Ensure secure and sound client/prospect relationships, with clear understanding of financial arrangements, policies, and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with the wider H&B team to develop solutions that address client needs and improve their experience.
  5. Communicate client needs effectively to the wider H&B team.
  6. Promote WTW’s capabilities and value proposition in the marketplace.
  7. Stay informed on local market insights and dynamics affecting sales.
  8. Build relationships within and outside H&B to leverage sales and cross-sell opportunities.
  9. Maintain effective communication and relationship skills at all levels.
  10. Adopt WTW sales tracking tools and adhere to CRM guidelines.
  11. Work with H&B leadership to identify target segments and sales strategies.
  12. Ensure compliance with WTW guidelines and standards.
  13. Develop and implement strategies for business development at provincial and national levels.
  14. Primary accountability for local market penetration and new client acquisition.
  15. Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  16. Utilize sales tools to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  17. Track, analyze, and report sales metrics.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • IFCE certification

  • Integrity and credibility in representing WTW

Experience:
