Job Description

Description

As a Senior Sales Manager in our KSA Health & Benefits business, you will help grow our portfolio of local corporate clients. Your primary responsibility is penetrating the local market and acquiring new clients. You will focus on generating leads, closing deals, developing and managing an active pipeline, conducting needs analysis/risk assessments, and collaborating with colleagues to present our capabilities. You will also identify cross-selling opportunities within the CRB client portfolio, working closely with the CRB sales team.

The reporting line will be to the H&B Country Head, with a matrix report to the H&B Regional Head of Sales. Collaboration with the CRB Country Sales Director will also be required.

Role Details
  • Individual Contributor: You will be an individual contributor.
  • Geographic Scope: Responsible for your H&B sales targets within your region in Saudi Arabia, with support for large regional schemes and potential travel outside Saudi Arabia.
  • Revenue Responsibilities: Achieve revenue through new business and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of existing and new prospects.
  • Identify explicit and implied client needs through probing questions.
  • Ensure client relationships are secure and financially sound, with clear understanding of financial arrangements, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with the wider H&B team to develop solutions addressing client inefficiencies and improving experience.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to the H&B team.
  • Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities and adopt marketing materials.
  • Provide local market insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build relationships within and outside H&B for collaboration on sales opportunities.
  • Use WTW sales tracking tools and CRM effectively.
  • Identify target client segments and develop sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies at provincial and country levels.
Financial Responsibilities
  • Primary accountability for market penetration and new client acquisition.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Utilize sales tools to progress prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Track, analyze, and present sales metrics.
External and Internal Collaboration
  • External: Prospects (70%)
  • Internal: H&B Placement Team, Client Account Management, Operations, CRB Sales Team (30%)
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • IFCE certification

Skills:

  • Effective relationship building at all levels
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Integrity and credibility in representing WTW

Experience:

  • 5-10 years in Health & Benefits market and insurance broking
