Job Description

Processing and resolving daily client requests timely and efficiently while maintaining excellent service for H&B clients. Collaborating with various H&B functions to ensure client satisfaction.

The Role
  • Process daily additions/deletions requests
  • Follow the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Collaborate with H&B departments to maintain process efficiency
  • Respond to inquiries from departments, clients, and insurers
  • Participate in Monthly Admin Meetings with clients and insurers
  • Prepare daily production reports
  • Support the renewals process by ensuring member uploads to CHI
  • Monitor the group email daily and respond to requests for additions/deletions
  • Ensure collection and completion of required documents from clients for additions/deletions
  • Implement and maintain compliance processes according to the H&B Excellence Model
  • Ensure compliance with WTW guidelines and procedures, adhering to the Excellence Framework
Qualifications and Requirements

Qualifications:

  • IFCE certification
  • 2-5 years of experience in Health & Benefits operations
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High responsiveness to clients and colleagues

Skills:

  • Ability to handle a high volume of client requests
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to detail and good document organization skills
  • Integrity and credibility in representing WTW
