Responsibilities include:

1. Welcoming and greeting guests courteously.
2. Conducting fitness consultations and personalized assessments.
3. Providing expert advice on workouts, equipment, and health tips.
4. Monitoring guest activity and ensuring safety on the gym floor.
5. Leading group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
6. Maintaining gym equipment and cleanliness.
7. Managing administrative tasks like guest records and feedback.
8. Collaborating with wellness team members and supporting spa reception.

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Knowledge of anatomy, fitness, and wellness practices.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
