Job Summary

As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading groups on tours, providing informative and engaging commentary, and ensuring a memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours to various historical, cultural, and natural sites across Saudi Arabia.
• Provide detailed information about the locations visited, including historical facts, cultural significance, and interesting anecdotes.
• Answer questions and engage with tour participants to enhance their experience and understanding.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all tour participants throughout the tour.
• Assist with logistical arrangements, such as transportation and scheduling.
• Stay informed about new attractions, events, and changes in existing sites to keep tour content up-to-date.
• Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Promote respect for local customs, traditions, and the environment.
• Collect feedback from tour participants to continually improve tour quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in tourism, history, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a tour guide or in a customer service role is preferred.
