A leading hotel group in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Service Agent to ensure a welcoming experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting with check-in/check-out, resolving guest inquiries, and upselling services. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills and flexibility to work in various shifts.
Job Summary:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay.
Job Responsibility:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel amenities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Upsell hotel services to guests to enhance their stay
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
