Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Offering consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service
  2. Giving a warm welcome and checking in guests according to established SOPs
  3. Checking out departing guests in accordance with standards
  4. Selling rooms to walk-in guests and managing daily facilities issues proactively
  5. Handling cash inventory, cheques, and bills of exchange in foreign currencies following the credit policy
  6. Collaborating with colleagues across departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations
  7. Ensuring the Guest Service Desk is always manned, operational, stocked, and ready for guests
  8. Maintaining guest privacy by safeguarding their details
  9. Having a full understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and hotel facilities
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Applicants should ideally hold a degree in hospitality with prior experience in a hotel Front Office Department. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of an additional language. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
