A leading hotel in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to ensure guest satisfaction through effective communication and service. The role involves managing guest arrivals and departures, addressing inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have a passion for guest service, excellent communication skills, and experience in the hospitality industry. Join a dynamic team to enhance guest experiences and contribute to hotel operations.
Execute the daily functions of arrival and departure for guests in accordance with Brand Standards.
Adhere to and complete all tasks on the job checklist.
Perform registration by collecting guest data and following established guidelines.
Serve welcome drinks and towels to guests.
Maintain lobby areas to be clean, neat, and organized.
Manage queues effectively to ensure smooth communication when guests await assistance.
Review all group resumes, VIP reports, and daily business reports.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag.
Comply with all Brand standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations, including Front Office and Accounting policies.
Handle cash and process credits as required, including gift card redemptions.
Address guest complaints or follow up with management as needed.
Review room queue status and coordinate with Housekeeping to expedite room turnover.
Notify guests when rooms are ready and coordinate luggage delivery with Guest Services if luggage is stored.
Charge late check-out fees when applicable.
Control and secure room keys, following key handling procedures for maximum security.
Secure and document guest valuables in the hotel safe deposit box.
Promote and support the hotel’s loyalty program.
Be knowledgeable about hotel services and promotions, and actively promote them.
Take and deliver guest messages accurately and promptly.
Respond positively to guest inquiries.
Follow departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
