We are seeking an experienced Guest Management Supervisor to oversee and lead all guest management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and event management, with a keen focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing guest services teams, coordinating with event organizers, and ensuring that all guest-related operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the guest management team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with event organizers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage VIP guest services, including logistics and special requirements.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee budget and resource allocation for guest management operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
