About the Role
We’re looking for a marketing professional to lead our growth and user acquisition strategy. This role is responsible for driving our go-to-market execution, managing campaigns, optimizing user growth funnels, and building brand presence in the region. You’ll be instrumental in helping us reach our goal of acquiring 1M+ users in our first year.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven user acquisition strategies across digital and offline channels
- Lead and manage integrated 360° marketing campaigns (paid, organic, influencer, on-ground)
- Identify, onboard, and manage KSA-based influencers and creators to drive user engagement
- Analyze performance metrics across user funnels, report growth KPIs, and iterate on performance
- Work closely with product and partnerships teams to align marketing with app updates and club activations
This is for you if you’ve got
- 5 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, ideally within a consumer-facing app or tech startup
- Proven track record of managing successful acquisition and retention campaigns
- Deep understanding of the KSA influencer ecosystem and social media trends
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with analytical and marketing tools
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth environments and cross-functional collaboration
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia; Saudi National Preferred
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Passion for football or fan engagement is a plus, not a requirement!
