Job Role – Growth Manager – HR & Administration

Purpose: Enable growth of personnel and company, managing administrative compliance, regulatory affairs, and commercial developments.

Excellent opportunity for an ambitious people manager, enabling company growth. Logistics by its very nature involves managing people across various levels, so your people skills will be constantly tested by internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Enable company growth through people management – empower right roles and responsibilities, performance management, holidays.
  2. Manage regulatory compliance for the company across internal and external stakeholders, including government/industry associations.
  3. Enlighten stakeholders of new regulatory aspects and opportunities – big/small, country/region-wide developments.
  4. Report proactively on risk mitigation and realize potential business growth.
  5. Champion agile process and service excellence across all functions.

Experience

  1. 3+ years of managing personnel matters and regulatory compliance.
  2. Good understanding of current and evolving regulatory affairs and commercial developments in Saudi Arabia.
  3. Demonstrable experience of enabling initiatives, recognizing and rewarding individual and team performance.

Skills

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Arabic & English.
  2. Amazing attention to detail, analytical about process, impact, and outcomes.
  3. Self-starter, can-do approach, work within agile process delivery.
  4. Well versed with MS-office applications and SaaS platforms – HRM.
