The Market Growth & Marketing Lead for KSA plays a crucial role in advancing Edelman’s market position, connecting business development with marketing to accelerate growth in KSA and into the region. With responsibilities split between New Business and Marketing, this position is designed to operationalize strategic growth initiatives that support both new client acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients.
### Job Responsibilities
+ Operationalizing New Business: This involves streamlining processes for identifying and converting new business opportunities, optimizing, and optimizing each stage from lead identification through to client engagement.
+ Supporting New and Organic Business Efforts: The role fosters both new client acquisition and growth within existing accounts, delivering targeted strategies that address client needs and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across Edelman’s suite of services.
+ Managing the Edelman Sales Pipeline: By overseeing the sales pipeline, the Lead ensures consistent tracking, assessment, and advancement of opportunities, enabling better resource allocation and proactive strategy adjustments to meet business objectives.
### Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ Strong understanding of the KSA business landscape and cultural context.
+ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
+ Bilingual (Arabic and English).
+ 5 Years of Experience.
