About the Role:

This role is responsible for driving growth and market expansion of sustainability-related products and solutions within the Industrial Asset Management portfolio. The Growth Architect plays a strategic role in customer acquisition, brand positioning, and partnership development through data-driven digital marketing, ecosystem engagement, and growth experimentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored to sustainability products, aligning with business goals and market dynamics.
  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to drive demand generation and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Position the brand effectively by crafting a compelling narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across channels and touchpoints.
  • Represent the business in key industry forums and conferences to promote thought leadership and brand visibility.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnerships to support expansion, co-marketing initiatives, and new market entries.
  • Manage growth-related budgets and optimize ROI through continuous experimentation and KPI tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Strong understanding of the GCC market and sustainability domains.
