Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR professional to provide guidance and support within the Human Resources function. In this role, you will be responsible for producing insightful HR reports, participating in small projects, and coaching junior staff to enhance their skills. Professional Guidance:

  1. Applies acquired knowledge and experience of policies and procedures in providing discipline-specific professional guidance and support to group-wide internal clients and colleagues on Human Resources related issues.

Reporting Responsibility:

  1. Produces regular HR and ad hoc reports that set out implications of actions and recommend ways forward.

Project Participation:

  1. Undertakes small projects, including allocation of tasks to junior staff, monitors progress and ensures timely delivery of end results.

Coaching:

  1. Assists in coaching junior staff, carrying out assigned tasks, to contribute to their overall development.

HR Process Review:

  1. Assists in the development of new Human Resources processes, systems, or procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet the changing requirements of internal clients.

Records Maintenance:

  1. Maintains and updates Human Resources records to ensure completeness, validity and accessibility of recorded information.

Rotation:

  1. Undergoes rotation through other HR functional areas in order to gain understanding and develop broad-based operational HR expertise.

Confidentiality:

  1. Observes the confidentiality aspects of Human Resources work to protect the privacy rights of individual staff members.
