Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
- Review and analyse sales performances against programs and plans
- Manage sales and service team to ensure maximum performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
- Represent the company at trade association meetings and exhibitions to promote products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to address key business issues in the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Director should have:
- A degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the packaging materials/machinery industry
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate teams
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Proficient in all aspects of corporate sales strategy development and implementation
- Experience of managing a multi-country portfolio in GCC
