Job description

I am looking for a Group Head of HR to join a leading holding company in Saudi.

This holding company embodies outstanding work culture and resources. The Executive Board are experienced and unified in their vision.

Their success continues to multiply and they are constantly looking for new markets to expand into alongside their existing business interests in the Oil & Gas field, Retail and Contracting.

The Group Head of HR will provide strategic guidance to the Executive Board and will align all HR activities across the group. You will review current policies and manage the development and implementation of new initiatives.

You should be a strong leader with a proven track record in organizational change. Previous experience within the GCC is a must.

It is not a necessity to speak Arabic but it would be an advantage.

You should have at least 20 years experience within HR and a strong educational background including a Masters in a HR related field or an MBA.
