Job Description:

• Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop multi-brand schools and contribute to the group&aposs overall strategic vision and long-term planning.
• Create and implement academic plans aligned with the group&aposs objectives, ensuring brand integrity across all school brands.
• Hold Principals accountable for meeting KPIs and regularly review school leadership roles to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Lead the development of a rigorous curriculum and provide leadership for effective instructional practices.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, 5 years of which in a leadership role, preferably in the education sector
• Relevant educational leadership certifications are preferred
