The Role
As Group Director of Marketing & Admissions, you will be the architect of our portfolio-wide brand presence and the driving force behind student enrolment growth across all Social Impact Capital schools. This strategic leadership position offers the unique opportunity to build and position compelling educational brands from the ground up, whilst supporting the ambitious expansion of our premium educational investment portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
Key Impact Areas :
- Develop and implement group-wide marketing & admissions strategy aligned with portfolio objectives
- Build unified, compelling brands whilst respecting individual school contexts
- Lead Admissions teams across all portfolio schools to drive student enrolment through integrated campaigns
- Lead digital presence across all platforms with engaging, brand-aligned content
- Manage stakeholder communications and event marketing & admissions initiatives across the group
- Lead and develop high-performing marketing & admissions teams across multiple locations
Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Branding
- Develop and implement a comprehensive group-wide marketing & admissions strategy aligned with Social Impact Capital's investment goals and individual school-specific needs
- Build and position compelling, unified brands for the education group portfolio, whilst respecting the individuality and context of each school
- Lead market research initiatives to inform strategy and support data-driven decisions regarding enrolment, parent engagement, and competitor benchmarking across all markets
- Understand Best Value and ROI to set well-positioned goals and actions across the portfolio
- Lead Admissions teams and School Heads across all portfolio schools to drive student enrolment campaigns using digital and traditional channels, selecting what works best in each context
- Optimise the customer journey for prospective parents through effective lead generation, nurturing, and conversion across all schools, proactively seeking feedback and adapting tactics if deemed necessary
- Monitor and report on enrolment marketing & admissions KPIs, return on investment (ROI), and lead source performance across the entire portfolio
Digital & Content Marketing
- Oversee digital presence across websites, social media, and email marketing for all portfolio schools; ensure content is up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with group brand values
- Lead the creation of compelling content including videos, parent testimonials, blogs, newsletters, and press releases across all schools
- Implement SEO / SEM best practices to maximise online visibility and reach for the entire portfolio
- Act swiftly to mitigate any potentially damaging digital information across all brands
Stakeholder Communication
- Develop internal and external communication plans to support staff, students, and parent engagement across all portfolio schools
- Support school principals and leadership teams with communication tools and campaigns for parent engagement, school events, and community outreach
- Manage investor relations communications and reporting on marketing performance across the portfolio
Event Marketing & Public Relations
- Plan and execute marketing support for events across all schools including open days, orientation sessions, conferences, and celebrations
- Manage media relations, sponsorships, and community partnerships to increase visibility and reputation for the group
- Represent Social Impact Capital at relevant external events, exhibitions, and education fairs
Team Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead, develop and retain high-performing marketing & admissions teams across all portfolio schools, including school-level marketing & admissions coordinators
- Manage the group marketing & admissions budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources with maximum impact across all investments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role
- Experience in the education sector or investment portfolio management is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing & admissions strategies that drive measurable results across multiple locations or brands
- Experience working in multicultural environments and understanding of local Saudi and international parent expectations
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management abilities across multiple locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics, and design software
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and schools
- Experience & understanding of Admissions processes across multiple institutions
- Leadership of Admissions strategy and teams across portfolio companies is desirable
- Collaborative, creative, proactive, versatile and vigilant
