Job Description
Group Digital Marketing Assistant Manager will oversee digital marketing strategies for Swiss tel Makkah and Swiss tel Al Maqam. This data-driven role focuses on SEM (SEO, SEA), social media, and analytics, contributing to one of Saudi Arabia's top marketing teams. The ideal candidate should excel in managing parallel campaigns, optimizing strategies with data, and have a deep understanding of social media algorithms. Collaboration with the e-commerce team for website updates is also required. A background in digital projects, startups, or entrepreneurship is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement SEO, SEA, and social media strategies, optimizing keywords, tags, and hashtags to maximize organic discovery and AI-driven content promotion.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and collaborate with the PR & Communications and Marketing teams to create keyword-driven content.
- Create content calendars tailored to each social media platform, ensuring posting schedules align with strategic goals for engagement and growth.
- Manage multiple campaigns across different stages of the marketing funnel for maximum performance and engagement.
- Collaboration with E-Commerce and Web Teams:
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize brand.com performance and boost conversions.
- Collaborate with engineers and UX designers to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrens to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Research and Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated on SEO, social media algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Experiment with new tools and techniques to implement high-impact strategies.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, Data Science, IT, or related fields.
- Relevant courses in marketing, digital marketing, SEO, coding, and data analysis are highly preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years in digital marketing focusing on SEO, SEA, SEM, and social media.
- 7+ years involvement in side projects, startups, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
- Proven experience in building digital communities and managing campaigns.
- Experience marketing on platforms like X.com (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok is highly preferred.
- Skills in game design, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop are assets.
- Web3 marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience as a tech startup co-founder is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Extensive gaming experience across genres is a bonus.
- Requirement: The candidate must have grown an Instagram or TikTok page to over 10,000 followers organically and be able to document this process.
