What Youll Do:
- Define and implement long-term QA and training strategies aligned with business needs
- Develop scalable frameworks to maintain high performance and compliance
- Design and execute cutting-edge training programs to upskill teams and enhance service quality
- Collaborate across global teams to integrate QA and training into business operations
- Set, track, and optimize performance KPIs to ensure quality standards
- Lead talent development initiatives through mentorship and career growth programs
- Drive continuous improvement, change management, and innovation in QA and training
What Were Looking For:
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for driving customer satisfaction through quality initiatives
- Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and execute large-scale quality and training strategies
- Strong Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional, multi-regional teams
- Analytical Expertise: Skilled in data analysis and performance optimization
- Change Management Experience: Proven ability to drive transformation in QA and training
- Industry Expertise: Knowledge of COPC, Six Sigma, ISO, or other quality standards
- Language Skills: Fluency in English & Chinese (Additional languages like Arabic, Portuguese, or Spanish are a plus!)
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) + 10+ years in QA & training, with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Global Mindset: Willingness to travel internationally for business
