A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will maximize revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.

What will I be doing?

As a GCE Sales Executive, you will maximize revenue in group reservations, conferences, and events by generating sales leads and converting them effectively. You will interact with guests and clients to foster repeat and expanded business. Your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and converting inquiries to meet targets and maximize revenue
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales within the team
• Managing event schedules to optimize yield
• Applying consistent up-selling techniques
• Building strong customer relationships to understand their needs
• Organizing and conducting hotel show rounds
• Ensuring the administration and execution of all events
• Participating in hotel promotional activities
