Job Title: Group Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) to lead our HR, Administration, and Government Relations functions across the group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ recent experience in senior HR leadership roles within well-established construction or contracting companies in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals in the construction and infrastructure sector.
  • Oversee recruitment, talent development, performance management, compensation, and employee relations across the group.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and effectively manage Government Relations (GR) activities.
  • Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Manage administrative functions and implement HR best practices tailored to the needs of large-scale contracting projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in construction or contracting companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of GR procedures, Saudi labor regulations, and administrative operations.
  • Proven track record in managing HR functions for infrastructure, civil, and building construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
