Opportunity:

The Greenhouse Manager will lead a multi-skilled agricultural team for all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure. This role enhances site effectiveness, improves production delivery, reduces downtime, and implements improvement plans while ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing efficient operation of greenhouse facilities and systems, performing preventative maintenance, and managing crop production, making this position vital to the progress of the agricultural operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement cultivation schedules, growing strategies, procedures, and methods for planting and harvesting guidelines.
2. Perform preventative maintenance tasks to minimize unexpected equipment issues.
3. Respond to alerts and operational messages, executing corrective procedures and repairs according to SOPs and agricultural protocols.
4. Document routine checks and required repairs following internal and external protocols and procedures.
5. Maintain logs of any downtime within the production system.
6. Train greenhouse staff on routine operational procedures.
7. Conduct routine maintenance work and address equipment faults.
8. Diagnose and resolve production problems.
9. Install new parts and ensure greenhouse systems operate correctly.
10. Perform quality inspections on maintenance jobs.
11. Collaborate with client departments, customers, and other agricultural and production colleagues.
12. Arrange procurement of specialist fixtures, fittings, or components.
13. Manage maintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
14. Support the planning and oversight of the greenhouse budget, covering labor, supplies, and equipment expenses.
15. Handle emergencies, unplanned issues, and repairs.
16. Enhance health and safety policies and procedures.
17. Work with specialist equipment that controls systems in greenhouse operations.
18. Ensure continuous coverage of machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Working Conditions:

1. Remote location in Tabrak, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
2. Must be able to work in varying temperatures and humidity levels.
3. Physical requirements include lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of standing.

Remuneration:

Overall package is highly competitive and tax-free. As an indication salary, tax paid, will be $52000 and additional benefits provided are:
