Job description

Our client is currently looking for qualified candidates for a GRC Sr. Manager position that reports to the GRC VP and will be working in Jubail. The key responsibilities include:

1. Designing and implementing a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
2. Leading the development and execution of enterprise risk management processes, including the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of key risks.
3. Managing corporate compliance activities to ensure conformance with internal policies and external legal or regulatory standards.
4. Supporting executive leadership and board-level functions with insights and guidance on governance best practices and risk posture.
5. Supervising and developing a team of professionals across risk, compliance, and internal control areas.
6. Coordinating closely with internal audit, legal, and assurance stakeholders to drive a cohesive GRC approach.
7. Overseeing GRC-related training initiatives to promote awareness, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.
8. Leading or supporting investigations of critical risk or compliance incidents, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

The client is seeking candidates who meet the following specifications:

• Holding a Bachelor's degree in a related specialization.
