Overview:

This position involves managing all company matters related to compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. It includes identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks, assessing their likelihood and impact, and developing compliance policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, systems, and procedures aligned with company regulations and legislation.
  • Monitor departmental performance regarding adherence to controls, procedures, and penalties, providing periodic compliance reports and training.
  • Prepare report templates for periodic risk and compliance analysis for management.
  • Evaluate future business projects to identify goals, risks, and compliance criteria.
  • Coordinate with department managers to review administrative compliance policies based on the approved plan by the board.
  • Assess the effectiveness of control systems regularly and recommend improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
  • Organize and deliver awareness and training programs on compliance requirements and legal standards.
  • Analyze legal and regulatory changes and their impact on operations, preparing compliance reports.
  • Conduct compliance checks on the company and employees regarding governance and legal requirements.
