AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Graphic Designer (Saudi national) to be part of the PMC team on a major programme in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce high-quality reports and documentation for external use and publication.
• Create high-quality graphics such as maps, plans, and illustrations within Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD for bids and formal submissions.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to AtkinsRealis BMS and Procedures.
• Collaborate within an integrated building design team and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Demonstrate proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Utilize design software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp).
• Maintain a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Possess significant expertise in graphics packages, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Produce high-quality reports and graphics within InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
• Self-check and correct work as needed.
• Understand and appreciate the work of other disciplines.
• Be capable of learning and retaining new skills quickly from various sources.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Autodesk Suite, and related software is preferred.
• Experience within multidisciplinary consultancy environments in KSA is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel throughout the GCC region as required.

Qualifications & Education :

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related field.

Minimum 7 years of project management experience in construction and engineering.

Experience in KSA is mandatory.

Skills & Competencies :

• Experience in high-end mixed-use, residential, and infrastructure projects.
• Previous PMC and project delivery experience on significant schemes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Exceptional project management skills, including organization, time management, and flexibility.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple packages of work, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address design challenges with innovative solutions.
• Financial acumen to ensure cost-effective design solutions within budgets.
• Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving project goals.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
